Fabrikam Landscaping was founded in 1998 by Luis Alverca.

Luis took to helping his parents in the garden when he was barely old enough to walk. His love of plants and nature grew into a gift for creating inviting outdoor environments that work in harmony with nature. Luis was introduced to organic gardening by an employer he worked for while he put himself through school. Working in harmony with nature made good sense to him, and he’s been devoted to learning about sustainable landscaping practices ever since.

With Luis’s degree in construction management, you can be assured that every detail of your project is flawlessly executed on time and within budget. In addition to Luis, Fabrikam Landscaping also has a certified landscape designer on staff who teams with you and Luis to design your dream project. The company hires seasonal workers who are actively recruited from local high schools and colleges. Luis feels strongly about offering other young people the same access to higher education and success that he was able to achieve by working his way through school.
